1. Agreement

By downloading or using GuitarHarbor, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Learning tool, not a guarantee

GuitarHarbor provides educational exercises, tuner guidance, practice feedback and optional AI guidance. Audio detection and AI answers can be uncertain or mistaken. Verify important pitch and fingering guidance with the reviewed tuner, chord diagrams or a qualified teacher. GuitarHarbor is not medical advice and cannot replace a hearing professional or instrument technician.

3. Haro cloud AI

Haro cloud AI is optional and intended for users age 13 or older. A parent or guardian must choose and supervise it for anyone younger. Do not enter personal contact details, credentials or sensitive information. Haro may be unavailable, rate-limited or wrong. You remain responsible for how you use its suggestions.

4. Music and user content

Built-in lessons and arrangements are original, verified public-domain or included only where rights are documented. Add only chord progressions or other content you created or have permission to use. Do not use GuitarHarbor to copy, extract or distribute protected lyrics, recordings or tablature. GuitarHarbor does not grant rights to third-party music.

5. Pro, trials and billing

The App Store shows the exact local price, trial availability, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Eligible monthly or annual subscriptions may include a seven-day introductory trial. Unless cancelled, auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the displayed price through your Apple Account. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal using Apple’s subscription settings. Permanent Unlock is a one-time purchase for the supported life of the app. Restore Purchases can recover eligible access.

Billing, refunds and payment methods are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe security, evade quotas, interfere with other users, submit unlawful content or attempt to obtain system prompts, credentials or private service data. Automated or abusive traffic may be blocked to protect users and control provider cost.

7. Availability and changes

Features, exercises, supported devices and cloud availability can change as the app improves. Local progress can be lost if app or device data is deleted, so it should not be treated as a permanent record. Material changes to Haro data use require an updated disclosure and fresh consent.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains local microphone processing, optional Haro cloud processing, retention and cloud deletion.
